Today I went to a workshop on Encyclopedia Britannica and boy do I have stuff to share!!!!!

But the most exciting thing I learned was how to create Express links that will go right to those databases I’m pushing (Auto Repair Reference Center, Garden Literature Index, NoveList, LION, ProQuest Nursing Journals, etc…..) I’ve added the Express Links to the specific database under your Program Area in http://del.icio.us/NMTC_librarian

This saves your students the step of going to GALILEO and then searching for the database. Is that wonderful or what!!!!!! AND we still get “credit” for their using GALILEO – ah computers.

This is so magnificent J I’m just bubbling with how easy it is to make resources easily available to your students!
