Now that we're SACS accredited and getting students who will want to move on to a four year school...this is quite interesting! (It was on my Library list.)
I especially like his point that the student only pays for 40% of their education so the school owes the community more in terms of customer satisfaction - since the community pays 60%......if the community isn't satisfied with our "product" then we really have failed in customer service.
